Terms & Conditions

Booking Agreement

By booking a journey you enter into a contract for a pre-booked chauffeur service at the fixed price shown at checkout. Premium Transfers arranges the journey with licensed, vetted operators.

Payment Terms

Your card is verified when you book. A hold is placed 72 hours before pickup and the fare is charged after the journey. Only the last four digits of your card are stored.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours a 50% cancellation charge applies. No-shows are charged in full.

Waiting Time

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from actual landing; other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the published hourly rate.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures or events outside our reasonable control. Your chauffeur will always take the safest available route.
