Full Refund (24-Hour Window)
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and any hold on your card is released in full, with no fee.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged at 50% of the fixed fare.
Changes
Changes to your pickup time or route requested more than 24 hours ahead are free; contact concierge with your booking reference.
Processing Time
Refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
